Everyone has their own trajectory and we all develop in our own unique way. Together we will look at the road you're traveling down and where you want to go. This way, we work on what development means for you: as a human or as a professional.There are simply an infinite number of approaches to any problem. That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching out of a text book. My combined approach borrows from coaching theories, my background in psychology, interest in philosophy and literature, and my own life experience. By discovering who you truly are and what you need, we will find your path to personal development.Every coaching sessions can be recorded as an audio file. After our session I will turn it into a written transcription. That's no AI copy-and-paste [shenanigans], but real human labour. You will receive the audio and text within 24 hours of the conclusion of our session. That way, you can re-listen and re-read all the insights that we discovered together, whenever and however often you want. Naturally, if you'd prefer to not have your sessions recorded, this is not a problem at all.It is my goal to make the coaching process as convenient as possible. I can be reached on WhatsApp and by e-mail, sessions are held on Zoom, and payment is quick and easy with Tikkie (only available in the Netherlands; please reach out to me for payments from abroad). Additionally, I keep an open diary so we can always plan appointments to fit around your work, study, parenting and other responsibilities. My time is flexible so you don't have to be.I charge €50,- (incl. BTW) per 30-minute block. You can use these blocks separately as short sessions or combine them into longer sessions. Together we decide the frequency and length of the sessions for your personal coaching program, depending on your personal preference and the complexity of the coaching goal.Curious?
